Summary of report content

Healthwatch Herefordshire report on the impact of their project to engage with people who are digitally excluded and provide them with the technology and training to be digitally literate.  They worked with 19 people. 

The report contains case studies of people helped by this project and the impact on their lives.  These include improved mental and physical health outcomes and a reduction in social isolation and loneliness.
