Summary of report content

Healthwatch Herefordshire worked with Turning Point to get feedback from stakeholders and service users on their experiences of the recovery service.  They developed two surveys to which 19 people responded to.

The stakeholder survey showed that the service is valued, but there were concerns about the impact of high staff turnover on service delivery.  They valued the opportunity to work jointly with Turning Point.

Feedback from service users was mixed on all topics, including support, communication and referrals.

The report contains five recommendations.
