Summary of report content

Healthwatch Lincolnshire report on themes in their data about A&E, urgent treatment centres, emergency and non-emergency hospital transport for the period April to June 2023.  During this period, they heard from 79 people on these topics.

On A&E, they heard that staff were professional and reassuring, but also that waiting times could be long and waiting conditions uncomfortable.

The feedback they received on urgent treatment centres was largely positive – the centres were convenient and excellent care was provided.

The feedback on ambulances was largely around waiting times, but also about the professionalism of staff.

On non-emergency patient transport, the main theme was the lack of reliability of the service.
