Wheelchair users expressed concerns about waste bins in toilets that could only be operated by foot.  Healthwatch Kent took this up with local hospitals and each Trust agreed to formulate a plan to address this issue.  Healthwatch Kent estimate that this change could impact 3,100 disabled people across Kent.
