Healthwatch Bucks conducted an unannounced Enter and View visit, as part of a planned set of visits looking at the care provided, specifically around how the homes are able to support residents with additional needs.
Healthwatch Bucks visited Chiltern View, on 03/08/2015.
There were 8 individuals with learning and/or physical disabilities receiving residential care at Chiltern View on the date of Healthwatch Bucks visit.
