Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire undertook an Enter and View visit to Ward C7 at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby on 3 December 2015.  They wanted to understand how the individual’s dignity is respected in this care setting.  They spoke to 11 people.
