Summary of report content

Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire have produced a information sharing report from patients, carers and public contacting Healthwatch Lincolnshire to report comments, concerns, compliments and complaints for health and social care services. A total of 296 health and social care experiences were shared. 120 were formally reported to us and a further 176 via their feedback centre. The period relates to 1st – 31st May 2016.

The findings highlighted the 4 main themes were GP, Hospital, Dental and Mental Health. The subject themes relate to appointments, quality of care, quality of service, availability, support and staff.
