Healthwatch Sefton reports on its activities and achievements for the year 2022/23.  During the year it:

  • Heard from 1,882 people who shared their experience of health and social care with them and gave 537 people advice and information
  • Influenced a number of issues, including Patient Participation Groups at GP surgeries
