Summary of report content

Healthwatch Milton Keynes undertook Enter and view visits at various pharmacies in their area. They spoke to 101 people during their visits.

The people they had spoken to said that staff were polite and helpful. Respondents also said they liked the ease of electronic prescriptions. People they spoke to were generally aware of enhanced services offered by pharmacies, with vaccinations being the most well-known.

The report ended with a recommendation to the Milton Keynes Health and Care Partnership to continue monitoring pharmaceutical services to ensure they meet the demands of the population.
