Healthwatch Hartlepool conducted an unannounced Enter and View visit to Queen’s Meadow Care Home on 29 January 2018.

There are 59 beds at Queen’s Meadow Care Home.

Residents and relatives report feeling very safe in the home. They also reported that staff are generally caring and respectful. There is a vigorous activities programme that are all displayed on a board for residents to view details.

There were minor observations such as a lack of call buttons and no water jugs. Each of these observations were raised with the manager and subsequently addressed.
