Summary of report content

This report summarises the volume of enquiries to Healthwatch East Sussex for information and signposting during October, 2022. They heard from 67 people, with the most enquiries (28) relating to GP services, followed by hospital services (10) and dentistry (6). For GP enquires, most people spoke about access issues, including waiting long times on the phone and being unable to get an appointment.
