Summary of report content

In December 2021, Humber Coast and Vale Health and Care Partnership commissioned Healthwatch North Yorkshire to help with the promotion of the NHS App. Healthwatch used digital and printed materials to share with the public about the app at engagement events and at talks to groups. They also ran a survey about people’s use of the app and a GP’s online services.

This report outlines the action they took, the numbers of people they reached and an estimate of the number of people who have downloaded the NHS App as a result of their activity.
