Summary of report content

In August 2017 Healthwatch Staffordshire carried out an Enter and View visit to Barrowhill Hall. The visit was carried out to learn about and share examples of what is done well from the perspective of people who experience the service first hand.
The report provides feedback from staff, observations and engagement with a family member of an existing resident.
In summary the report stated the representatives were impressed by the quality of staff relationships along with their interaction with residents.
Recommendations suggested that a future visit to a specified part of the service would be a focus.
The report provided a response from the provider which stated they felt the visit was thorough.
