Summary of report content

Healthwatch Manchester were commissioned by Manchester City Council to conduct interviews with citizens who are living in supported accommodation and have accessed floating support services. They undertook a survey to which 35 people responded.

They found that the overall satisfaction of service users is high. However, the delivery of the service, specifically relating to consistency and access, could be improved.

The report contains two recommendations about how the service is delivered.
