Summary of report content

Healthwatch Cheshire East and Healthwatch Cheshire West and Chester undertook an enter and view visit to the Ambulatory Wound Care Clinic at Church View Primary Care Centre on 1 August 2022.  This was as part of a wider piece of work about patient experience of accessing the integrated wound care service. 

The report looks at:

  • How the clinic is run, including referrals
  • Access to the clinic, including parking provision
  • The environment
  • Staff skills and training.

The report contains two recommendations and a response from the provider.
