The premises are a care home for adults aged under 65 with learning disabilities or mental health conditions with specialisms in Challenging behaviour and Schizophrenia.

Feedback was provided by two staff members and the manager. It also involved 6 residents but acknowledges that no visitors or relatives were present at the time of the visit. Part of the visit was also observational.
