Summary of report content

Healthwatch Sandwell carried out this Enter and View of Churchview pharmacy on 24 May 2022. The purpose was to explore first-hand with customers their experiences of using the pharmacy, including why they visit the pharmacy, what support they get from the pharmacy, and how they are treated.

The report represents the experience of 25 customers. It covers: the types of services that customers access, efficient of obtaining prescriptions, quality of support from staff, concerns/complaints, communication, and environment and accessibility.

The reports findings are generally positive about the pharmacy. The sole recommendation is that the pharmacy should display its complaints procedure to include who to speak to outside of the pharmacy.
