Healthwatch Greenwich report on key themes in the feedback they received during December 2022.  During that period they heard from 209 people.

The key themes in their data for this period are:

  • Booking appointments at GP surgeries, both positive and negative
  • The impact of waiting a long time for a GP appointment
  • The quality of care at GP surgeries
  • Access to medication for children with Strep A
  • Waiting times in A&E
  • The quality of care in A&E and in the local hospital orthopaedics department
  • Two extended case studies about complaints procedures and help for someone with a debilitating long term condition
