Summary of report content

In June 2018, Healthwatch Leeds published the provider responses to a review of Sexual Health Services carried out in March 2018.

The overview of the response nots that Healthwatch Leeds feel that Leeds Sexual Health staff are providing excellent care in challenging circumstances and are mindful of the practical issues they need to resolve.

There are responses from four providers; all have received recommendations around providing consistent booking in systems and a need for efficient and user friendly appointment systems.

Each of the responses show that the providers' management teams have acted on recommendations, or have developed action plans to do so.
