Healthwatch Leeds have published the Service Provider response to their Enter and View Visit to the Leeds Teaching Hospital Abdominal Medicine and Surgery CSU.

The very positive response provides dates by which each action will be completed including the establishment of a Discharge Coordinator across the Abdominal Medicine Surgery service. There will be one discharge coordinator for every two wards to assist the ward staff with discharge planning and communication of discharge with the patients and family.
