Summary of report content

Healthwatch Warwickshire conducted an Enter and View at Eversleigh Nursing Home on 25 April 2014.

The purpose of the visit was to explore what life is like in the home, from a resident’s point of view, in terms of quality, dignity and end of life.

Observation by the Enter and View representatives reported that: it was a good, well run home that was calm and where the ethos was to treat the residents as one would want one’s own relatives and loved ones to be treated. Representatives highlighted that it was excellent home and there were no reservations about the quality of care at the home.

Residents commented that: they loved being in the home and that “the staff don’t leave”.
