Healthwatch Brent were due to conduct an announced Enter and View visit to Clarendon House residential care home on 18 May 2015. The service manager declined the visit and opted for a meeting with the team when the visit was due to take place.

The team explained the work of Healthwatch's Enter and View programme, however, the manager did not allow entry to the home and access to the residents.
