Summary of report content

This is an enter and view report conducted by Healthwatch Brighton and Hove 15 March, 2016. During the visit Healthwatch representatives spoke to 6 people which were residents. A number of staff were spoken to, but the number is not known. The visit was announced.

Overall the home was found to be operating to a good standard. Residents seemed to be happy with the care they were receiving.

Recommendations were made as part of this report. A response from the home manager has been attached.
