It aims to provide health and social care professionals with a summary of the issues people have raised with us.

What issues do we look at?

  • The advice and information the public is seeking from Healthwatch
  • The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on people's experience of health and social care
  • The digitalisation of health and social care services during the pandemic
  • How people feel about different areas of care, e.g. mental health services
