Summary of report content

This is an enter and view report conducted by Healthwatch Bath and North Somerset on 10th May, 2016. During the visit Healthwatch representatives spoke staff and residents. It is not known how many people were spoken to. It is not known if the visit was announced.

Overall the home was found to be operating to a mixed standard, there were concerns about the decor and state of the building by enter and view representatives. There were also observations related to safety of furniture and the storage of equipment.

Residents seemed to be happy with the care they were receiving, though there was some feedback about too many residents and not enough staff.

Recommendations were made as part of this report. No response from the home manager has been attached.
