This report was published by Healthwatch Cheshire West 12 October, 2016. It was commissioned by NHS West Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group, which was interested to hear how homeless people were being served by a local GP practice.
A total of 61 people filled in a survey on their opinions of the GP practice and further shared their comments.
Most were happy with the service, it was acknowledged though feedback that few were aware of the friends and family test. The friends and family test is meant to provide patients with a way to give feedback to the surgery.
There were no recommendations as such, only that people generally thought the service they received was good. Also that awareness of the friends and family test was low.
