Summary of report content

This is an enter and view report conducted by Healthwatch Bath and North East Somerset on 15th March, 2017. During the visit Healthwatch representatives spoke to 14 people, which included a mix of staff, residents and relatives. The visit was announced.

Overall the home was found to be operating to a good standard. Residents seemed to be happy with the care they were receiving, however there was some concern in the comments about staffing levels and that some residents had fallen several times.

Recommendations were made as part of this report. No response from the home manager has been attached.
