Summary of report content

This is an enter and view report published by Healthwatch Nottingham and Healthwatch Nottinghamshire 14 June, 2017. During the visit Healthwatch representatives spoke to 17 people, which included a mix of residents and relatives. Staff were also spoken to though the total is not listed. The visit was announced.

Overall the home was found to be improving it's operating standard. Residents seemed to be happy with the care they were receiving, this was on the basis of a previous CQC report indicating 'requires improvement'. There were some concerns about staffing levels noted in the report.

Recommendations were made as part of this report. A response from the home manager has been attached.
