Summary of report content

This report was written by Healthwatch Croydon in association with two local groups, Inclusion Barnet and People’s Choice. The research was undertaken following feedback by the local learning disability parliament, with engagement conducted from September 2016 on wards. A total 86 people were spoken to. The final report was published in July, 2017.

This project revealed a number of areas, which could reasonably be improved. While many service users reported they were satisfied on an overall level with the support they received, their day-today experience could be considerably improved, if certain specific areas were targeted for improvement.

A set of recommendations were made following this report. No response from authorities or providers was attached.
