Summary of report content

This is an enter and view report conducted by Healthwatch Blackburn with Darwen August, 2017. During the visit Healthwatch representatives spoke to 11 people, which included a mix of staff, residents and relatives. The visit was unannounced.

Overall the ward was found to be operating to a good standard. Residents seemed to be happy with the care they were receiving.

Recommendations were made as part of this report. A response from the ward manager has been attached.
