Summary of report content

On 25th June 2019, Healthwatch Doncaster undertook an Enter and View visit to the Old Rectory Nursing Home to build a picture of the quality and range of care provision in Doncaster from a resident’s perspective.

They reported an overall positive environment at the home where residents were given privacy, dignity and respect. The food quality was good and so was the interaction between residents and staff. The visitors and relatives also spoke highly of the place.

The report made three recommendations and the providers promised to address the issues soon.
