Summary of report content

Healthwatch Shropshire conducted an Enter and View visit to Stretton Hall on 21st March 2019. They considered the following aspects; the home environment, how the home provides 'person-centred' care, support available to staff. Healthwatch spoke to one resident, two family members, and one member of staff. 

Healthwatch recommended that Stretton Hall installed clocks in communal areas, improved communication between staff and family members, installed dementia friendly signage, and ensured corridiors were clean and odour free.
