Summary of report content

Healthwatch Sunderland conducted an Enter and View visit to Hylton View on 1st March 2019. 

At the visit residents were asked a range of questions via a set questionnaire. The questions were designed to reflect the objectives of the visit. Observations were made on the physical environment and staff/resident interaction etc. Staff and relatives were also given questionnaires to complete. 

Overall, the home achieved good ratings across the 9 quality indicators. Healthwatch Sunderland did not provide any recommendations.
