Summary of report content

This was an announced Enter and View visit. We advised the practice management when the visit would be undertaken and confirmed details.

We have commissioned Swindon Advocacy Movement (SAM), working with two volunteer quality checkers they have recruited, to undertake this visit with two supporters.

The report has picked up various issues that have a particular focus on how user friendly the facility is for people with learning disabilities/autism.

The report contains recommendations and the provider has responded to each individual point.
