Summary of report content

Healthwatch Lincolcnshire have sumamrised the feedback they have received from 148 patient, carer and service user experiences in December. Feedback was directly received and information signposting was completed.

The key themes that were found in this report are that most feedback related to Hospital service, GP services and Dentistry. There was little feedback provided for community health services and cancer services.

All individually raised experiences were reported directly to health and care service providers, which enabled providers to be aware of the comments and respond to questions.
