Summary of report content

The focus of the conference was on assessing the provision of reasonable adjustments, for disabled people by hospital services that are already in place and what can be done to improve these.

The conference held workshop sessions and presentations in relation to: Getting things changes - purple wristbands; NHS Digital - vulnerable patients summary care records; working together.

The report concluded, to state that the conference was an interesting and informative day and a final report summarising the findings will be shared in March 2018.
