This is a report which was written by Healthwatch Bolton detailing young people’s views on The Parrallel.
There were 21 people who took part with semi-structured interviews giving their views about the services offered to young people at both The Parallel and within the local area.
Within the interviews, three general areas were covered which were to get people’s views on their:
Preferred practitioners and preferred locations of services.
Views and preferences with regards to location, timings, attitudes and environment in which health services are offered to Young People.

The report contains mixed comments about young people’s views of The Parallel and local services. Healthwatch Bolton made recommendations but there were no response following this.
