These Enter and View visits are ‘announced’ visits where they notify the provider of their intention to visit. Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire visited Havenmere Health Care Limited on 05/09/2017.
The summary of findings highlight: Case files were left in empty lounges; training matrix on notice boards had wrong dates on and was mostly out of date; residents were treated with dignity and respect; some staff were not aware about their training requirements; all residents appeared clean and well dressed; some doors that were meant to be locked were not.
