Wiltshire Charging Policy for Adult Social Care report

This report details Healthwatch Wiltshire's research on attitudes towards the implementation of the council's social care charging policy, which was agreed in 2016. They spoke to 72 people through a questionnaire, focus groups, and attending an engagement session. Their research identified that a lack of information and bad communication about the process had resulted in poor experiences for service users.
