Healthwatch Cheshire conducted an Enter and View on The Cedars, a care home in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, which provides residential care for up to 27 elderly service users who may either have dementia or physical disabilities.

The visit was conducted on 29th August 2017 and was part of Healthwatch Cheshire’s enter and view schedule.

The comments from residents and staff were positive. Recommendations were made by the enter and view team and placed in the report, which the service provider responded to but didn’t give much feedback to the recommendations suggested.
