This is a report which was written by Healthwatch Bolton detailing patient’s views on waiting times across surgeries on Chorley Roads in Bolton (Avondale Health Centre, Howards Pharmacy, Triangle Church Café, St Luke’s and UCAN Centre). The comments were collected in August 2017, producing 361 comments which 61 were used in this analysis.
