Healthwatch County Durham conducted an Enter and View on Intrahealth Chilton Pharmacy, Chilton, County Durham, a privately owned pharmacy. The visit was conducted on 15 August 2017 where 37 people give their views. The visit was arranged as part of Healthwatch County Durham’s enter and view schedule.

Observation by the enter and view representatives reported that: In general the comments and observations were mainly positive with the customers giving positive feedback about the staff, customer service and supply of prescriptions.

Recommendations were made by the enter and view team which were read by the Head Pharmacist and will be acted upon where necessary.
