Healthwatch Cheshire conducted an Enter and View at The Elms, a care home in Crewe, Cheshire, which provides residential care for up to 40 residents. The home is registered to care for people with a mental health condition or physical disability.

The visit was conducted on 10th August 2017 and was part of Healthwatch Cheshire’s enter and view schedule.

The comments from residents and staff were positive. Slight recommendations were made by the enter and view team and placed in the report, which the service provider responded to and highlighted the changes that they intend to make.
