Healthwatch Hertfordshire (HwH) is the independent health and social care champion. Local Healthwatch is in place to gather the views and experiences of people accessing services, to use this information to influence decisions and to provide information and advice to the local community about health and social care services.

The report highlights Mr G K Rabin and Associate has many areas of good practice. These include: Friendly, welcoming staff; clean, bright reception and waiting room area; full noticeboard with plenty of information, including on oral health, for patients’ perusal; transparency around the practice’s obligations to the patient in terms of privacy, dignity, and communication.

They also found the following areas for improvement: Clear signage to the practice; meeting the requirements of the accessible information standard; information available on NHS Choices; online presence.
