Summary of report content

Healthwatch Ealing undertook a survey to feed into the London Ambulance Service's strategy.  They supplemented this with interviews with patients.

Key findings were:

  • Most people felt that ambulance, 999 and NHS 111 staff had a positive attitude
  • Experience of 111 and urgent care is positive
  • Experience of 999 and emergency care is positive
  • People experienced long waiting times.
