Summary of report content

In October 2014 Healthwatch Halton produced a report after surveying 491 people reagrding G.P. services.

Halton Clinical Commissioning Group’s(CCG) Governing Body approved an Action Plan on the 8 January2015 comprising improvement actions against 17 Healthwatch Observations from the Survey Report.

This report reviews the progress made on the agreed action plan.

There were 7 further recommendations made by Healthwatch Halton after reviewing progress of the original action plan.

Halton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) responded to the recommendations made in this report.
