The report highlights St Clare House has many areas of good practice. These include: Signage in the home is clear and appropriately placed; the daily menu is very well advertised; interactions between members of staff and residents were friendly and professional; the communal living/dining area on the ground floor was clean and tidy; keen to encourage activities, internal and external to the home; entrances and exits to the home are wheelchair accessible.
