Healthwatch Cumbria conducted an Enter and View on Bethshan Nursing Home Cumbria, a privately owned nursing home. The visit was conducted on 8th May 2017.

The visit was arranged as part of Healthwatch Cumbria's enter and view schedule.

Observation by the enter and view representatives reported that:

Security for the residents at the home was good.

There was good information available in the reception.

The home was split into three areas and residents appeared happy living there.

There was a good activity schedule which was varied and the residents looked forward to activities that were organised.

Access to outside healthcare was good with no reports of issues around appointments.
