Healthwatch Halton conducted an Enter and View on Ferdale Court Nursing Care Home, Widnes, a privately owned nursing home curently catering for 48 people. It is split into 3 units.

In general the comments and observations were mainly positive with the residents giving positive feedback about the staff and facilities available.

Healthwatch Halton made recommendations in the report:

The disabled parking bays are re-marked to make them clearer for visitors.

To invite Healthwatch Halton to re-visit the home later in the year once the new manager is settled in post.
