Healthwatch Sandwell undertook an enter and view visit to the Urology Outpatients clinic at Birmingham Treatment Centre on 18 July 2023. They wanted to understand patients' experience of the service, including booking appointments, accessibility of the building and care by staff.  They also wanted to understand how staff meet patients' needs.

The report looks at:
